Matthew Peel

Matt has been a group fitness fitness instructor and personal trainer for 8 years. He has taught a variety of fun classes that include Pilates, TRX, bootcamp, HITT, kettlebell, circuit, stretch & strengthen, recovery, self-massage, foam-rolling, and Better Bones & Balance. Matt is a certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body and has been teaching Mat and Reformer Pilates for the past 6 years.

Fitness and sports have been lifelong passions for Matt. From tennis to triathlons and martial arts to yoga, he has always enjoyed the physical and mental challenge and benefit of fitness. He is a strong believer of functional body movements to support everyday activities so that we can live injury-free and have healthier and happier lives.
