I have been a yoga instructor in Missoula MT for over 20 years. I am a 500 RTY instructor; and I also have additional certifications in Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga and Restoratice Yoga. My passion is sharing my love of yoga to those that I teach! I would love opportunities to teach at different locations outside of Missoula!
