Lesley Foster

I am a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and yoga instructor from Montreal, Canada. I have over 27 years experience in the fitness industry. I am passionate about health and exercise and I love to help my participants achieve their fitness goals.

In addition to teaching four fitness classes per week, I work in the software industry as a senior technical writer and localization specialist.
