gKatie Corey is a Certified Personal Trainer through World Instructor Training School (W.I.T.S). She was a three-sport varsity athlete in high school and played lacrosse in college. She is currently focusing on functional strength training with women to improve client’s physical performance outside the gym and build confidence in the gym. Katie also provides nutritional guidance to clients to boost results from strength training. 

Along with strength training, Katie enjoys blending up yummy protein shakes, practicing yoga (preferably outside along the water) and running the occasional 5K race with friends.
