Mike Guingona

I was born and raised in San Francisco, CA.  I played 4 sports in high school and went on to wrestle in college. After graduating from UCLA, I went to law school at USF and began practicing law.  During that time, I was able to earn a 3rd degree Black Belt in Judo and went on to teach and train competitors for National and International Competition in judo and wrestling.

I earned a Silver Coaching Certification from USA Wrestling and coached for over 25 years at the High School and Senior Level.  

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine,  I am a US Masters Swimming Level III Coach. 

I currently work as a swim coach and personal trainer at Google in Mountain View, CA.

I am a 7th degree Black Belt in Kombatan, Philippine Martial Arts.  I have trained in Muay Thai for over 10 years and am a certified Mixed Martial Arts Judge through the California State Athletic Commission.

I am Director of Operations for the Philippine National Wrestling team.

I love to travel and have worked extensively with kids and teens.
