Barbara Peter

I have lived most of my life in Michigan, with a 9 year stint in Ohio. In my junior year of college, I had the privilege of studying in Germany, which for me, was life altering.

My formal educational background includes a Bachelor degree in German & Humanities from Marygrove College, Detroit, MI, and a Master of Education degree in Guidance & Counseling from Wayne State University, Detroit, MI. I also possess a Teaching Certificate Minor in Music from the University of Michigan-Flint. 

I am passionate about natural health care modalities such as chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy. I am certified as a Homeopathic Practitioner and have Reiki I & II Training. For the last 23+ years, I have also been a strong proponent of essential oils.

I have been an active yoga practitioner for 12 years. 

The things I love most in this world are my three adult sons, cooking, gardening and yoga.
