Phyllis was introduced to yoga in 2009. She was an aerial dancer but fell in love with yoga because it heal her injuries. Phyllis feels that everyone is constantly fighting criticism and anxiety, and yoga is the perfect remedy for grounding oneself and to realize self-love: Practicing yoga and aerial dancing not only tones the body and prevents injuries, but also helps the practitioner embrace his or her body as it is.

Phyllis speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Aerial Yoga.
