Physical activity has been a part of Jane’s life for as long as she can remember. Starting at a young age with dance and swimming, she fell in love with movement and physical fitness very early on. She went on to participate in many other sports and activities during middle and high school, however found a great love for cheerleading. She pursued cheerleading into college, where she had the opportunity to cheer for Auburn University.
Jane has spent the last 6 years working as a professional in the fitness industry, specializing in teaching group classes and personal training, as well as nutrition counseling. In 2017 she completed her 200 Hour RYT Training under Yoga Alliance and has activley pursued teaching yoga in addition to fitness classes and personal trainin. She is currently completing her Aerial Yoga Training and Trauma Sensitive Yoga Training and hopes to pursue other specialty certifications in the future. Coaching, teaching and training others has allowed Jane a career path that combines her love for fitness with her passion for helping others.
Originally from Huntsville, AL, Jane graduated from Auburn Univeristy with a B.A. in Public Relations. She has lived in the Nashville area for over 4 years. She resides in Brentwood with her two rescued Chiweenies, Lucie and Gracie. When not in the gym, Jane loves to explore parks and areas in and around Nashville. She also loves Auburn Football, any local sporting event, traveling and cooking.
