Fun and lively fitness instructor living by the beach in Delaware. I teach yoga, water aerobics and cycling classes weekly. Mother of 2 children. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Journalism and a Master of Public Health with an emphasis in Nutrition. Fun fact- I was on the production staff of "The Price is Right" gameshow for 5 years! Last year, I ran and finished the TCS New York City Marathon in under 5 hours.
