Sarha Mavrakis

As a practitioner of yoga for over 20 years, I am passionate about the benefits of connecting breath and movement. Yoga can allow anyone of any athletic background to build body awareness, connection with their mental and emotional state and build flexibility that keeps nerves, muscles, and the cardiovascular system working together efficiently. 

I teach a vinyasa flow practice focused on elongation of the muscles and spine.
