Alisha Emslie

My name is Alisha Emslie and I am a twenty five year old working in the health and fitness industry. 

I received my 200 hour yoga teacher training in June of 2017 and have been teaching consistently since I graduated.

My partner's family owns a business in the small town where we live, we have sensory deprivation tanks, yoga, pilates, ceremonies and events. It's been such a blessing working in this field and seeing how movement and mindset can change peoples lives so drastically.

I am forever grateful to call teaching yoga my job and I want to be able to share that with more people around the world.
