I have been a certified group fitness instructor for over 18 years and have taught a wide variety of classes during that time, including water aerobics, kickboxing, strength and conditioning, rebounding, step and running classes.  I currently teach weight training, kickboxing, boot camp and Hiit classes where I incorporate a variety of functional fitness exercises.  I may also be known for making my class members do too many burpees!  My passion for fitness developed in my late teens as I watched family members struggling with obesity and poor eating habits.  I love educating people on what their bodies are truly capable of doing and pushing them to achieve their fitness goals!
