I am a mindful, caring, loving family/kids yoga instructor. I really enjoy getting the whole family involved in yoga. The kids love seeing their family participate in the games and activities. To me teaching kids and families yoga together is so much more than moving in and out of shapes. Its a mind and heart connection.its authenticity, its confidence, its empowerment, and its to love ones self. Its relationships, come to learn, come to grow, come to remember what its like to be a kid
