Nicole has always practiced some form of yoga throughout her life but searched out a studio to practice more mindfully in 2010 after her corporate job and other stresses in life started to get the best of her. She found peace in the practice and in 2015 decided to it was time for her to learn more and completed her 200 hour teacher training. Nicole was trained at the Yoga Center of Minneapolis, through teaching Nicole hopes to bring peace to her students as they find the next step in their journey.
Off the mat, Nicole enjoys time with family and friends including the furry ones. Most days you can find her enjoying time outside.
