My name is Katherine Gray and I am a 36 year old mother of two wonderful boys. After taking a couple of years off from the gym to have my children, I decided to go back in 2012. It felt so good to be back; I wondered why I had waited so long. There is nothing like that feeling of accomplishment and that burst of energy you get after you have pushed yourself through a challenging workout.
I took my first Spinning Class in June of 2012. I remember being fearful; I was out of shape and didn’t know exactly what to expect. I had heard stories about how strenuous Spinning could be. But after my first class, I found myself returning day after day and week after week. I was hooked by the high energy and how great I felt afterwards!
Certified by Madd Dog Athletics in 2015, I have been instructing Spinning classes for three years. As an instructor, I will motivate you and inspire you with energetic workouts, constant support and challenging routines. I aim to create a unique and exhilarating class each and every time and believe that exercise, eating healthy, and enjoying each of your personal goals will bring you to where you want to be!
