I’ve been a certified Zumba instructor since 2014, and have been regularly participating in classes since 2012. Zumba allows me to combine my passions for wellbeing, cultural enrichment, and making connections.
The classes I deliver are thought-out, high-energy, and balanced. I make sure people of all fitness levels are included by providing simpler/lower impact options, in addition to building up to higher intensity moves. Whether you keep it low or kick it into high gear, I love getting the crowd going—harnessing everybody’s energy and encouraging them to bring out their best selves. Cheering and singing along are definitely encouraged. People come to my classes to work out, be silly, and experience a blissful hour of self-care, celebration, and feeding your mind, body, heart, and soul—and that’s what I love about it so much.
My extensive customer service oriented background has refined my ability to appreciate differences and nuances between 3, 4, and 5-star service. I can generally identify who the manager is, based on their vibe and how they carry themselves.
I’m happy to take some time to interact with guests, learn about them, and making them feel like they have an extra friend.
