- Janice Morse
Janice Morse has been teaching group fitness for more than a decade -- with a unique blend of humor and enthusiasm that helps make workout time fly! Janice has been honing her yoga skills with a variety of yoga studies and workshops, including a recent Master Class by the internationally known instructor, Bryan Kest. Her specialties are flow yoga, step aerobics and weight training. She also teaches spinning, "boot camp," dance aerobics and water aerobics. Based in the Cincinnati, Ohio, area, she also has served as a guest instructor in Mexico and Jamaica, and has the ability to each bilingual classes in Spanish and English. In addition, Janice competes in "figure" bodybuilding contests. Her personal motto: "Serious workouts can be fun!"
