I have been practicing Yoga for more than a decade and recently took my love of the practice to create my own business, Live Well Yoga. I created Live Well Yoga to spread more PEACE, LOVE & KINDNESS one Yoga class at a time.
Yoga offers numerous benefits, both physical and mental. I am friendly, outgoing and able to adjust my classes based on the students. My Yoga teaching is infused with physical and mental motivation and focus, and I love to watch my students grow by challenging themselves on the mat.
I genuinely love nothing more than witnessing the magic that happens on the mat, especially those who have always been intimidated to give Yoga a try or think that meditation is not for them! I get no greater joy than helping my students improve their overall well-being and becoming their best and truest version of themselves.
This is what Yoga has done for me so it is a pleasure to spread the Yoga love - I believe that is my life purpose.
In addition to Yoga, I am also a certified personal trainer and water aerobics instructor.
