Hello! 

 

I am a newly certified yoga teacher. In my free time, I love going to the gym, swimming, reading, and soap making. I got into fitness especially yoga, because it helps me create a better sense of peace and awareness because a lot of the times, we're doing one thing, but we're always thinking about what to do next or where to be. Yoga helps me stay in the present moment and not worry about the what happened in the past or what's going to happen in the future. I have been a vegetarian/pescatarian for 4.5 years but now, I'm trying out poultry only for 1 month because of my energy levels. After one month, I'll see if I should still become a vegetarian/pescatarian. I read online that 84% of vegetarians go back to eating meat! 

I am currently working on wheel, king dancer's, and the forearm stand poses.
