My name is Angela. I am a certified, passionate yoga enthusiast and fitness instructor with nearly 20 years of experience. I love travel and I love helping people feel amazing, happy and wonderful with fitness and motivation. I specialize in yoga and functional movement. I teach classes to all age levels and all fitness levels and special populations. I love fitness and health and I am looking to travel and have fun with people through yoga and fitness all over the world. 

I have three amazing children who are thriving and happy and healthy. I am ready to travel and share my love of health and fitness with more people.
