Emily Haury

I live in Colorado and love the outdoors!  I am married to a loving husband who works as a firefighter, and we have a 1 1/2 year old baby boy named Hank.  I work as a CrossFit instructor for a gym in Boulder, CO and take care of our son when I am not doing what I love as a fitness instructor.  I have worked as a CrossFit instructor since 2010 and love to teach!  I believe staying physically fit and active is one of the best things a person can do for themselves, and I make it a priority to exercise in some fashion every day. I love to travel and go on new adventures with my family, and really enjoy experiencing different cultures.  I believe Physical fitness is something that can be beneficial for all people regardless of age or previous experience.
