I have been in the fitness industry since 2000. I began by teaching aqua fitness and over the years added numerous certifications to my resume. I am the aquatic fitness director for a large fitness facility and teach a variety of formats both on land and water. I’m a digital fitness trainer where you can access my workouts anywhere in the world! I am 200RYT and began training in Yoga in 2002. I am also Aqua Kriya Yoga certified. I have been teaching classes and hosting workshops ever since. In addition to teaching I am an avid triathlete and marathon runner.
Teaching is my passion, especially yoga.
My favorite classes to teach include free flowing vinyasa and its’ counterpart, the more restorative Yin classes. I promise to create a welcome, healing environment that is suitable for all levels, a place where you can explore asana, pranayama and self-study. I am musically driven and you will hear everything from chakra healing chants to Pearl Jam in my classes.
I truly believe that my yoga practice has made me a better athlete, teacher and overall person. My yoga practice is something I carry with me in all aspects of my life. I hope to inspire others to discover their own inner strength.
