Tracey Eccleston

Tracey Eccleston, IAYT-800, E-RYT 500, IPT, is the founder and educational director of Ageless Arts Yoga, offering a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program and specialized workshops. As the creator of The Foundations of Chair Yoga and Chair Yoga Therapeutics: Balance & Support, Tracey is committed to making yoga accessible to all. Her 800-hour Yoga Therapist Training at Kripalu deepened her ability to adapt yoga to individual needs, and her teaching is informed by years of experience working with diverse populations, including seniors and those using wheelchairs.

Tracey teaches across North America at prestigious venues like Kripalu, the New York Open Center, the Toronto Yoga Conference, and MISTY in Montreal. Her approach focuses on somatic movement, encouraging practice within each individual’s natural range of motion to ensure safety and personalization. She works closely with healthcare professionals to create therapeutic, integrative yoga experiences that support holistic wellness.

Beyond traditional yoga, Tracey offers unique nature-based experiences like Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing) and Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga, as well as kayaking, yoga, and meditation retreats. These practices connect individuals to the healing power of nature, promoting physical health and emotional well-being. Tracey’s retreats provide immersive experiences that blend adventure and relaxation in stunning environments. With a focus on compassion, inclusivity, and holistic wellness, Tracey brings a wealth of expertise to her diverse teaching environments.
