Meredith Cordingley

Meredith, like so many WERQaholics, is a dancer at heart and loves staying fit while working full time as an IT Project Manager & Training Developer. She grew up as a clogger (think Riverdance combined with country line dancing) and has experience in ballet, jazz, modern, and loved being on the dance team in school. Once this East Coast gal got a taste of WERQ in Chicago, she just had to have more. She is AFAA Group Fitness Certified and ready to WERQ it out with YOU!
