I worked at the School District for 25 years - within the Special Education Dept.  Upon retirement I took my certifications in Fitness to fulfill a goal of working within the fitness
industry. 

My goal as a personal and group trainer is to provide my clients with individual and balanced training that empowers and motivates them to reach their maximum potential.  My focus is simple - strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility.  I will develop a program  that balances these four areas, challenges you and your personal goals.

My greatest satisfaction is seeing people enjoying exercise and benefiting from the physical, mental and emotional effects. My philosophy is that it is never too late to start to improve your fitness. The key is to start small, build up over time and be patient with yourself. Improving your breathing, muscle strength, flexibility and balance will enhance your life and extend your years.”  As a Baby Boomer myself, I am very aware of the needs of Aging Adults and modifying each program according to their physical condition.
