Britt has always found enjoyment in helping individuals in her life. With that, learning about the body and what type of exercise prescriptions are needed to achieve optimum longevity out of the body was something that always piqued Britt’s interests. Britt hold a Master's Degree in Athletic Training and helps individuals daily with general fitness, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, and nutrition counsel.
Britt is an Athletic Trainer because her calling on Earth is to empower every person who is looking to improve their health to turn fitness into a lifestyle correctly and safely. Britt believes our body is our temple. It is the only place that we have to live, so Britt promotes caring for it as a top priority. Britt also enjoys kicking behinds and making people sweat!
