Jen was introduced to Pilates after a severe car accident. After completing Physical Therapy she continued post-rehabilitation using the pilates method. Before pilates, she was also a competitive cheerleader, dancer, and part of the track team. All of these sports have led to minor injuries and imbalances that were improved and corrected through pilates. Now she can continue doing what she loves pain free. Jen whole heartedly believes in the pilates method as a way to condition your body for whatever you enjoy doing in the gym, and throughout daily life.
