Murillo Guimaraes

I am originally from Brazil and speak Portuguese and Spanish as well. I grew up playing soccer and spending time with my mother and brother. I have always been fascinated about learning the human body, muscular development, body alignment and state of mind. Optimal movement is paramount to all of the above. I have been working out since 2002 and I become a certified personal trainer through nasm in the beginning of 2017. Since then I have taken several workshops of different modalities to be able to provide a better service to all people as well as keep my level of expertise up to date and therefore it drives me to be more passionate about what I do and increases my potential to help others change their lives.
