Over 30 years of experience in health and wellness.
Joan’s approach to fitness training is influenced by her study of human movement putting an emphasis on functional fitness training.
Clients of all ages benefit from her ability to restore postural deficiencies, to recover from an injury or to prepare for sport specific training. Joan takes a creative approach to motivate, educate and train clients through fun, yet challenging, innovative workouts.
Using a wide variety of body weight exercises, functional fitness tools, yoga techniques, and TRX equipment to provide safe, effective and enjoyable training.

B.S. in Human Movement from Boston University ‘82, received a full scholarship to play Division 1 Basketball.
After knee injuries, requiring several surgeries, Joan became dedicated to the value of mindful movement patterns and the importance of fully rehabilitating injuries.
Certified Kripalu yoga instructor since 1992. She has taught hundreds of people to enjoy the benefits of practicing Yoga.

Joan offers a wide range of fitness, group bodyweight training, circuit training, Yoga, Golf fitness, senior's balance and stability training.
