Erika Eberhart

Erika Lee Eberhart has been a Spinning^® Instructor since 1999, and is a sought-after Star Level III Certified Spinning^® Instructor in Hawaii.  In addition to teaching Spinning^®, Erika is also a competitive cyclist and has been a cycling coach for BOCA Hawaii since 2008.  She has been the overall female winner of numerous cycling Time Trials since 2007, and is the Women’s two-time Hawaii State Time Trial Champion (2013 & 2015).  Erika is passionate about health and wellness -- specifically cycling -- and firmly believes you do not have to ride a bike outside to be a champion in Spinning^®.  Her teaching style will guide participants through a challenging ride with the ultimate goal of leaving the studio stronger than they were when they arrived.
