My name is Christin and I am truly a fitness enthusiast. In fact, I have made it my career for the past 9 years. First as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor then as a Physical Therapist Assistant. One of my favorite moments in teaching is witnessing my clients personal growth both in strength and confidence. I primarily teach teaching strength based/ HIIT classes that challenge my participants, but help them feel strong and successful. Recently I decided to begin Yoga training after being a participant for years. It is a soothing change of pace to the other classes I teach.
Personally I am very active and enjoy Crossfit, Kettlebells, Strength Training, Yoga, Biking, Hiking and Kayaking to name a few things. I have just begun traveling internationally and am excited to do more to experience other cultures, meet people from around the world and share my love of fitness.
