Beth has been practicing yoga since 2012. While earning her bachelor's degree in business she simultaneously earned her 200-hr YTT from Lotus House of Yoga in Omaha, NE in 2014. Over the last 5 years, she has spent time teaching at various studios and festivals across the globe. She has a passion for teaching beginners especially, but welcomes all levels to her same classes. Through a blend of breathing techniques, smooth pose transitions, warm ups and cool downs, her classes are designed for students of all abilities. And you can always expect a fun playlist to accompany her classes.
Beth understands the benefits a simple yoga practice can have on one's mindset, and ultimately, outlook on life. A quick practice can help improve health, awareness, flexibility, and stress levels.
She strives to meet everyone where they are, and all levels are welcome- especially those who can't touch their toes!
