HI! Kristine Ewald here, I am a 33 year old Fitness Enthusiast! I love to work it and work hard. I love seeing people enjoying exercise and getting what they need in terms of physical activity. I have been immersed in sports and fitness since the age of 5 and I haven't been able to get enough. I co-own a gym in Terrace, BC with my work wife. It is a women's only gym and we offer Spin class, bootcamp, barre, pound, trx and more.
