As of May 2016, I weighed over 290 pounds. I made a decision to change my habits and live a healthier lifestyle. My first goal was to lose 50 pounds. I started taking Zumba classes three days per week. I later added weight training and a meal plan. My total weight loss since May 2016 is 120 pounds. I am now a Strong by Zumba instructor and enjoy teaching. I hope to be an encouragement to people who are struggling with fitness.
