BRIE ONTHANK

Brie began her yoga journey in 2012 and has since cultivated a practice that extends far beyond physical benefits. Through yoga Brie has developed an inner awareness that sparked a transition into living a yogi lifestyle. She has been able to reduce her own chronic pain from Scoliosis, as well as release stress through yoga. Brie strives to embody yogic philosophy and help students explore yoga as a tool to help improve everyday life. 

In her classes you will experience thoughtful sequences for all levels with a focus on moving with breath and alignment. Her classes incorporate yogic philosophy, meditation and pranayama. You’ll leave feeling balanced physically, emotionally, and energetically.
