Sheila Crane

I have been teaching group fitness classes for almost 11 years. I am presently teaching at the Fort Mill and Gold Hill YMCAs in Fort Mill, SC. I teach cycle and "custom cuts" (a resistance/sculpting class), but also enjoy teaching senior fitness and water aerobics classes. I also have experience with stretching classes and step or Hi-Lo Impact aerobics classes. My philosophy centers around having FUN - life is too short not to enjoy what you're doing! I provide a safe, encouraging & enthusiastic workout, suitable for all fitness levels. I have a special place in my heart for "beginners" & strive to make everyone feel comfortable. I LOVE sharing the gift of fitness!
