My name is Camille Alonso. I began my yoga practice when I was 15 years old and I was dealing with horrible anxiety. I turned to yoga and meditation for relief. Not only did I begin to feel like myself again, but it gave me the desire and passion to teach this practice to others dealing with the same thing. My classes have a focus on stress and anxiety management so my students can expect to feel relaxed and rejuvenated by then end.
