Beth loves helping people meet their wellness goals through exercise.  After she was admitted to the bar (yes, she is not only a fitness instructor, but she’s also a lawyer!), Beth found that the best way to de-stress was through exercise.  She loves competitive sports like tennis, rowing and golf, but also loves mind-body exercise like Pilates and indoor cycling.  Beth is certified in Spinning, Pilates and group exercise.  When the weather is nice in upstate New York, Beth is out on the Hudson River rowing.  Meanwhile she has taught Spinning and HIIT (high intensity interval training) since 2017 at the local YMCA.  Beth will teach HIIT and Spinning for participants at all fitness levels.  Any move can be modified and everyone can join in for a fun, energetic work out!
