I am a recently certified yoga instructor. I work full time as a social worker by day and a yoga instructor by night and weekends. I love yoga and being able to bring the love i have for yoga to others. I have experience co-teaching kids yoga weekly. I like to incorporate breathing techniques into my yoga scripts. I am married with a son. We love finding new things to do.
