Pam Crocco became a Group Ex Fitness Instructor because she believes comradery makes exercise more fun. With her constant smile and enthusiastic attitude, Pam ensures all participants will have a great workout and leave feeling accomplished with a boosted morale. Pam strives to provide her clients with safe, effective classes that are challenging, diverse and enjoyable to achieve fitness goals and maintain healthy lifestyles. She includes as many fitness components possible in a given format to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, body composition, balance and coordination. Pam teaches abs and glutes, aqua fitness, Tabada/ HIIT, core, bootcamp, POUND, circuit training, balance and silver sneakers. Pam loves to make fitness fun for eveyone and believes the only bad workout is the one that didn't happen!
