CROSSLEY Crossley

I live in Galena, Illinois and am married with 4 children and 7 grandchildren. I have a Bachelor's Degree in music and a Master's Degree in Public Health. I also hold a Certificate

in Horticultural Landscape. I have been a yoga teacher for 15 years. I am also a certified blue belt Nia instructor.

In addition to my teaching I own  a business specializing in landscape design.

I believe that good health is achievable for all and have dedicated my teaching to making yoga and Nia accessible to all who wish to join my classes.

I am a life long learner and attend as many workshops and trainings as I can to enhance my practice and teaching of yoga.
