Hi! I am a Certified PErsonal Trainer and also a nutrition coach. I am also into the process of acquiring my Health Coach Certifcate through American Council on Exercise. Over the last 15 years I realized that working out wasn’t all step aerobics and jazzersize. I first fell in love with Fitness really when I was a young girl and I would lead my family in group fitness classes with my “get in shape girl” equipment.. Oh so funny to think about that now. I was a dancer and cheerleader and high school and discover boot camps just after college. After taking my first outdoor boot camp class at 5 AM I realized there was way more to getting strong than jazzersize and running. I loved the variety and the challenge that Bootcamp provided and I felt strong and lean. I always loved taking the classes but, it wasn’t until recently I realized I had a passion for sharing these amazing exercises with my friends and family. I hold local fitcamp where I supply amazing music and a sweaty booty burning workout in 45 minutes, and typically requires not much more than body weight. I love how fitness and nutrition can empower people and am so happy to be able to share my love with everyone around me.
