               Physical activity has always been a apart of my life. I grew up competing in gymnastics, volleyball, soccer, and track and field.  I had the opportunity to continue my athletic career at the University of Oklahoma There I was a high jumper earning several Big 12 conference medals (2nd to 6th places), all-academic and Dean's Honor roll honorand qualified for and competed in the NCAA D1 National Championships, From strategic planning for athletic conditioning to innovative solutions for health and wellness goals, my focus is always on building an efficient and effective program to maximize your success.

        As a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and  former collegiate athlete I know the importance that health and fitness is to a wholesome life. I am here to guide you, support you, encourage you, whatever it may be on your journey to a healthier you. Whether, weight loss, nutrition, or athletic success is your goal; I can help you. I believe that everybody is different and every body needs something different. I’ll work with you to create a customized plan of action for yourself.
