I first got into fitness following the BBG workouts to get in shape for my wedding. I had never felt comfortable in my own skin and felt like a wedding is the main event that could maybe kick me into gear. I dedicated three days a week to a half hour HIIT workout. As I got more into shape I found my goals evolving and I wanted to learn more ways to have fun with fitness. I have a passion for hypertrophy weight training personally but I love to experiment, have fun and push myself daily to celebrate my body and see what I am cable of. I learned a lot on my journey into fitness. I’ve lost over 60lbs in the last two years, and I’m just getting started. I want to help people find their fitness in their own way, in a way that celebrates their body’s capabilities and doesn’t punish. I love a good pump it up playlist to get your blood flowing, depending on the activity and the intensity music can make a workout. Everyday is a learning opportunity and every body is different. I’d love to sit and talk about your goals and help you realize your ability to achieve them, I am now a certified personal trainer with a background in food and nutrition..
