Kellye Davis is the creator of the stress management program called The Bliss Principle Program, which offers a variety of stress-reduction tips, yoga and lifestyle classes and workshops. Her book, The Bliss Principle — Easy Ways to go from Stress to Peace, brought to the pages ways self-care can be utilized in practical daily applications.
As a certified yoga instructor, I teach meditation, restorative yoga and stress management techniques and guide individuals through easy ways to reduce anxiety, and stress. My inspiration for my book, videos and work comes from years of teaching stress management yoga programs at anxiety-ridden work environs, and working with individuals with high levels of stress.
