As a personal trainer, my goal is to create diverse fitness programs that can improve your energy level, self-esteem adn overall quality of life. I have been trained in several areas of fitness including weight loss, strength training, core strength, core strength, and pre-/post-natal fitness.
As a group fitness instructor, I mix it up! Using proper form and technique, I can take a class of the "usual moves" and infuse energy and fun (with humor) to make partipants feel like they spent a great hour of their life with me. I love to teach boot camp, cardio-resistance, kickboxing, hi-lo aerobics, toning and core/ab classes. I can incorporate pilates and yoga to add a dimension of relaxation and flexibility if the class wants it!
