Preston is an Exercise Physiologist certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. As a Health and Fitness Specialist he has the ability to do personal training, teach group exercise classes, develop fitness programs, and much more!
Growing up, Preston was always active. He enjoyed playing sports throughout school, and began his fitness journey in the weight room when he was 14 years old. Through the years, he has experienced many different areas of fitness and has been mentored by prominent fitness professionals, college athletes, and professional athletes. Along with these personal experiences, Preston created a strong foundation in fitness through a degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington.
Using formal education and personal experiences, Preston has developed a very simple fitness philosophy. "Do what you can to be your best self. Everyone is different and everyone has different abilities. Create a healthy lifestyle that is fun and flexible so you can adhere to it. When it becomes a burden you will fail to find any success."
