I started my fitness career in 1999 training our Canadian Forces members at CFB Kingston. I quickly fell in love with everything fitness.
Over the years I've gained experience as a personal training, fitness evaluator and nutrition counselor, and even made my way back to training our Armed Forces at CFB Esquimalt. But my main passion will forever be group fitness. Whether its Step, HIIT, Bosu, Barre, Zumba or POUND, I love the energy a group fitness class can bring. No matter your fitness level I want to push you passed your personal best and give you the power to believe in yourself and your abilities. I love to help my members reach their personal fitness goals and share in the pure joy fitness can bring to their lives.
