As a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, I am passionate about helping people find their confidence again and helping them reach beyond their goals. I have a background in corrective exercise, senior fitness, pre/postnatal, women's fitness, crossfit, TRX and bootcamp classes. Finding a workout routine that works for each individual person is what I live for. I love teaching group fitness classes because there is something there for everyone. I love working with clients one on one because we can truly narrow down muscle imbalances and help them move properly. Without proper movement, you can not benefit from exercise!
