I grew up in Ireland and swore at a young age I would never work in an office. I love to move! Fast forward several years, after starting a college degress in Sport and Leisure Management and then immigrating to Canada, my brother and I started up a Maketing Company. It was very sucessful and for several years my passion for the fitness industry (not working out, just working IN the industry) was put on the back burner. Something was missing. I took a few courses and was hooked once again. I started working for GoodLife as a personal trainer, but switched to solely teaching classes as I loved connectly with several members at once. My confidence grew with each class and now I am considered on the best in my region. I LOVE teaching!
